We prefer for all support issues to come to firstname.lastname@example.org to allow us to easily address your queries and ensure that we receive them in a timely manner. This account is monitored out of regular work hours, so it’s a good idea to make sure it’s saved to your address book.
Support questions include any issues that may arise where your product or service is not working in the way that you expect it should. We try to respond to support queries as soon as possible but an immediate response is not always possible.
