The support beacon is available on Arpastart Community from the bottom right corner of the screen. Clicking on the blue life buoy icon will open a form allowing you to send us the details of your concern to our support email account. It even allows you to send a helpful screen shot or other file with your support request.

We’ve also revamped the support options available within the Arpastart eCommerce Administration area. You can now navigate directly to the User Guide and our main articles page from the admin menu for handy reference. If what you’re looking for can’t be found, or you want to report an issue, you also have your very own support beacon in the store admin area.
